Österia ö Magazín was opened late 2022 when Emilia, Simona and Edoardo Ferrera had the idea of offering guests an authentic gastronomic experience, showcasing the most traditional Genoese flavors.
Tradition and respect are the guidelines that express the identity of our kitchen. Under the direction of Genoese chef Edo Ferrera and his team, we offer an honest and simple cuisine, based on the traditional dishes of the middle-class families of past generations. The menu is designed to enhance the flavors of the past, including some of the most iconic Ligurian dishes, such as Cima alla Genovese and Pandolce, just to name a few.
A journey through the authentic flavors of our region, describing our history from origins to the present day through dishes, where the unique flavors of the Genoese tradition of the past and present are the main ingredients for our Genoese cuisine. A hymn to the lace tables, to the lavender scent wafting through the atmosphere in the old aristocratic houses and to a Genoa that no longer exists, but still lives on, thanks to the specialties we want to offer you with our menu.
